Download Policy

1. Purchase: Upon full payment, Purple Sun Media grants the purchaser the right to use the digital download in accordance with the terms and conditions of this End User Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property: The downloaded digital files contains the intellectual property of Purple Sun Media, that owns the rights for distribution and reserves all rights to intellectual property.

3. Usage Restrictions: You may not use any digital downloads for purposes other than those stated in this agreement. Embedding, installing, sharing, or otherwise using this digital file in a way not outlined is not allowed. 

4. File Transfer: Any digital file(s) are non-transferable. To sell, distribute, loan, lease, rent, donate, share or give away the digital file(s) to another person or entity is strictly prohibited, as well as making copies.

5. Modifying Files: Modifying digital files in any manner is not allowed. Under no circumstances  may the purchaser convert the digital file to other formats from those provided by Purple Sun Media, LLC. Any attempt to rename, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise generate any kind of changes using the provided digital files without the express permission and knowledge from Purple Sun Media is strictly prohibited.

6. EULA Modifications: This End User License Agreement may be amended or modified in future versions at any time and without prior notification other than updating the publication date herein.

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at PurpleSun.com  operated by Purple Sun Media, LLC.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, we cannot accept returns on any digital products that are purchased from our website.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item you have purchased to us within 15 calendar days of the purchase. The item must in its original condition. Contact our customer services department for more information.

If our product(s) arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. We may require photographic proof of the damage for confirmation.
